Got up early this morning to make some bread rolls. Taking hot bread out of the oven must be the most satisfying feeling in the world. And it's certainly the best smell. Ate the first one in the garden, still warm with a mug of tea. Hot bread is meant to be really bad for you but I'm certainly not feeling any ill effects xx

Pro i make my own bread too, but sadly by machine as my hands hurt, great smell to come down stairs too,

i wish I could get up early enough to bake bread for breakfast, i managed it in time for a late lunch once!
